    As a consultant, Mike specializes in working with companies to improve their development process, go to market strategy, and improve their eCommerce experience.

    • Worked with the Commercial Vehicle Group to improve development workflow, code quality, performance, and meet internal goals.

    • Provided sales and marketing consulting to the Worx Company.

    • Consulted with American Office Solutions to improve their web team, including process improvements, reporting, personnel evaluations, and go-to-market strategy.

    • Provided development, code quality, security and performance, and marketing strategy to mid-level eCommerce companies.
