Iterative Delivery

We've planned, we've designed, we've identified risks and constraints. Now it's time to start delivering! Since time is money, we deliver iteratively so you see business value soon, and then realize incremental increases to that business value over the course of the project.

Following the project plan and solution design, we build everything we've agreed upon, within the timeframe specified, for the quoted cost. Throughout delivery, there will be regular check-ins and demonstrations of your project. This could range from a walkthrough of a proof of concept, or a fully baked section of functionality. Either way, we will execute the delivery design agreed upon in the previous phase, and always keep you updated on any needed changes we encounter along the way.

  • Based on the agreed-upon iteration, we deliver functional software that provides business value. No more waiting until the end of the project to realize its benefits.

  • Per delivery, you also get a report that specifies what was delivered, how it compares to baseline expectations, and how we are tracking towards the next delivery.
